Your Visit

Please be prepared with paperwork, drivers license, insurance cards and any lab and/or medical records (i.e. x-rays, operative reports, growth charts) pertaining to your visit. Initial visits are 60-90 minutes and this will include taking a medical and diet history. We will develop an individualized plan of care to meet your needs and goals.
