Yoshiko is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who provides personalized, evidence-based nutrition care for individuals and families. She has a particular interest in digestive health and the role of nutrition in preventing and managing chronic conditions, including blood sugar balance, cholesterol, and autoimmune disorders.
Yoshiko earned her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Rutgers University, where she completed extensive clinical training. She has a particular strength in translating nutrition science into clear, practical steps that feel manageable in everyday life. Drawing on a diverse professional background, she brings a thoughtful and well-rounded perspective to patient care.
Yoshiko works with individuals and families and brings a multicultural perspective to her practice. She is fluent in Japanese and German, allowing her to connect with patients from a wide range of backgrounds. As a mother of three, she understands the practical challenges of supporting healthy habits within a busy family life.
